After School tutoring program

Postby apologetician on 2007 Nov 28 Wed 7:50 am

Last year, we offered an after school tutoring program to students in our local area. We got to witness to several young people who had not been attending our church, plus we helped them with homework and obtaining better grades at school.

The principal of one of the schools (High School) is a member my my church, so that helps get contacts.

Hey Bro. If you see this I was just wondering where your church is. Our church is persuing the construction of a building that would be used for different purposes and one is an After School Program. Many of our college students want to be a part of that kind of ministry and we have a perfect neighborhood and community for it. I was wondering how you advertised it and how many days a week you ran what you were doing. We are hoping to reach some of the unchurched in our community with this service!
I believe that the Church is not the 4th Person of the Godhead, that there is no "Immaculate Translation", that every believer is authorized to share the gospel....Yes I'm still a Landmarker!
