Landmark Baptist

J. L. Causey wrote a book about Missionary Baptists and new lightism. I am sure I used to have a copy of it. I have dug in boxes over several days and not found it. I believe this was published by King's Press or Norris-Causey Publications (which were probably the same press). I cannot find any information on the internet about.

Do any of you remember this book? What do you know about it (possibly defined new lightism, opposed it, etc.)? What did you think about it (good, bad, accurate, inaccurate, etc.)? Is it still available?

The fellow in California that wrote a book on newlightism was Lee Wright..

Is this the same Lee Wright who wrote the book on wine in the Lord's Supper? Bro. Lee, are you that Lee? Is the New Light book still available? Are you familiar with Causey's book?

Bro. Mike, I remember Bro. Causey's book addressing outer darkness, but don't remember what he said about it.

Do either of you know whether Brother Wright's book is available to purchase? How highly would you recommend it?

I wouldn't bother with it personally but I do know people who think it is worthwhile read.

I have Causey's book on New Lightism, it is a good study.

Can you tell me the exact title of Causey's book? This might help me find it, though I've about decided that I gave it to someone. Also do you know the title of Lee Wright's book? Thanks.

The title of Lee Wright's book is " Catholic Seed in New Light Creed".

I have a copy of Bro. J. L. Causey , Jr., Book entitled "New Lightism, An Investigation and Exposure." The copyright date is 1978 printed by Norris-Causey Christian Publications, The King's Press. They May still be available at the Lousiana Missionary Baptist Seminary and Institute of Minden, LA, which is sponsored by Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Minden. The Pastor is James A. Crane in case you don't know. It been a long time since I looked it over. However, I believe He did a good job with it.

Also Bro. Carl (Buddy) Horne, Bro. To Robbie Horne, both of Ark wrote a master degree paper on this subject some years ago, I am thinking the last part of 1970's or 80's for the Missionary Baptist Seminary in Little Rock, Ark. I know not where either them pastor at the present time.
