Using Quotes

Postby G. Michael Coulter on 2009 Jul 07 Tue 11:00 am

Hello,

When I want to post, and use quotes from the thread history, the history only lets me see the last page of the thread. Is there a way to access any page of the thread and use the quote button?

Thanks

This seems to be a side-effect of the number-of-posts-per-page setting, which is currently set to 15.

"Setting a higher number would allow for more posts in the list, but would not actually solve the overall problem." :(

"Setting a higher number would not actually sovle the overall problem, but would allow for more posts in the list." :)

Take your pick...

I have no problem in raising the number-of-posts-per-page setting -- I actually [personally] like for more posts rather than less posts to be displayed together on the same page.

At the moment, that is about the extent of what I can do. Sorry...
